Recognized for his commercial leadership and negotiation capabilities, Ahmed was appointed by company executive leadership to lead a strategic logistics and shipping optimization initiative. Through implementation of smarter shipping concepts, contract restructuring, and supplier negotiations, the program successfully achieved approximately 40% reduction in annual operational budget while strengthening operational responsiveness for AOG and critical demand support.
