As a Partner, Arbitrator, and Lawyer, he has built a reputation on high morale, honesty, and strong principles of unwavering integrity and dependable character. People see such an individual as someone whose actions consistently reflect their values, earning deep trust and lasting respect for more than three decades. His father has been an eminent Advocate and Professor of law since 1976. 

Vishal has been called upon by the highest authorities to serve as a guide through complex disputes. Vishal has been working as an Arbitrator for more than a decade for various corporations. He is also appointed as an arbitrator by the Central Ministry of Cooperation, Rural development and Textiles. He is also appointed an arbitrator in various commercial matters before the Bombay High Court. He has settled significant commercial disputes, which are confirmed in appeals. His expertise is so well-regarded that Honourable Justice D.Y.Chandrachud in one P.I.L., and Honorable Justice Mrudula Bhatkar, in one Election Petition has appreciated his role and contribution. He is part of the famous TREE PIL and EVM Scam case. The Government of Maharashtra has appointed him as a Special Prosecutor in Financial Fraud cases as an expert. (XXXX BANK multi-crore fraud case). He represents the Mumbai Agricultural Produce Market Committee, Mumbai. He was also appointed as an Inquiry Officer for detecting fraud in co-operative Banks and has completed inquiries. He does legal AUDITS for various corporations. 

He has been leading a law firm that deals in the Banking Sector and Litigation for the last 20 years, and he is one of the backbones of the LAW FIRM. The LAW FIRM extends to 5000 sq. ft. area in Pune, Mumbai, and Delhi with more than 9 working Partners having more than 20 years of experience in litigation. The LAW FIRM is the only member in the Pune District having membership of the Society of Indian Law Firms, New Delhi. The partners are member of the prestigious and oldest Bar Advocates Association of Western India, Mumbai. 

His impact reaches far beyond the courtroom and into the very air people breathe. He is a tree lover and has planted thousands of trees to date. When he participated in a public interest case regarding the protection of trees, his dedication led to the creation of new rules for the city of Pune. These rules eventually became a model for the entire state of Maharashtra, ensuring that green spaces are protected for future generations. Whether he is serving as a Special Counsel in a massive financial fraud case involving hundreds of crores or writing one of his eighteen copyrighted law notes, Vishal remains focused on the human side of the law. He is also running a weekly newsletter, PUNE-BAR&BENCH, which is popular for legal news in their District, and shortly it will launch an e-edition. It is the first regional newspaper dedicated to legal news and published in Pune.  

Even with his many professional duties, he keeps his feet on the ground. He is the youngest person ever appointed as a Trustee for the Samparc Organization, a group that dedicates its heart to caring for orphans and bringing them into main flow. This role reflects his core belief that success is measured by the help we give to those who have the least. As we look toward the year 2026, his journey continues to prove that legal expertise and a compassionate spirit can work together to change a society for the better. 

The Rise of the Digital Courtroom 

The need to stay safe during the crisis forced the legal world to become tech-savvy almost overnight. Vishal predicted that video conferencing and digital filings would become the new standard, even in smaller district courts. He noticed that when lawyers work from their offices using tools like laptops and high-speed internet, they save a significant amount of time, money, and energy. Beyond the personal benefits, this digital shift protects the environment by reducing traffic, pollution, and the massive amount of paper typically used in legal files. For Vishal, technology is not just a convenience; it is a tool for building a cleaner and more efficient world. 

However, he emphasizes that this digital journey requires more than just new software. It calls for a complete overhaul of existing laws, such as the Evidence Act and the Contract Act, to allow for e-signatures and virtual authentication. Vishal argues that the commoner should be an active participant in this change, able to watch proceedings from home and receive updates without having to travel long distances. He also stresses the importance of strong cybersecurity to ensure that these digital platforms remain safe from threats and manipulations. Instead of starting from scratch, he suggests that India can learn from global automation models to build a system that is both user-friendly and secure. 

Vishal has started the Alternate Dispute Redressal forum by way of developing a new software which gives rise to a new era by formation of new Arbitration platform by way of KASA ADR LLP, which runs Institutional Arbitration, and he is the idea behind this LLP, and this will give a boost to the disposal of litigation fastest. 

A Legacy Rooted in Family and Service 

Vishal’s journey in the law began in 2001, deeply influenced by his father, who was both a professor of law and a respected advocate practicing since 1981. Growing up in such an environment gave him a unique perspective on the importance of legal education and the duty of a lawyer to serve society. Today, as a partner at Kale and Shinde Associates, he has built a team where experts from different fields come together to offer a single window for every legal need. His ability to fly between cities like Pune, Mumbai, and Delhi to handle diverse cases has made him a versatile leader in the modern era. His better half, Pallavi Kale, is also a social worker, Advocate, and Notary (Union of India) and serves poor people offering Notary services free of cost. 

He has been awarded the “Nyay Ratna” award and “The great Legal minds” by reputed media houses to date, concerning his 25 years of dedication and standing practice.
