Rajul, could you please walk us through your professional journey? What motivated you to step into the IT field?
My journey in the IT field began over two decades ago. After earning my MCA from Jawaharlal Nehru University, I gained valuable experience working in the USA, the UK, and India, including a role as Principal IT Consultant with the State of Massachusetts. My decision to step into IT was driven by my fascination with how technology could solve complex business problems. The ability to create solutions that impact businesses globally has always motivated me. This passion led to the founding of Enalytix, where we focus on leveraging AI and computer vision to solve business challenges.

Enalytix was established to address the growing need for AI-driven solutions in video analytics and field-force productivity management. Our USP lies in providing accurate data to our clients. We’ve successfully deployed our solutions across 1000+ retail outlets in India. Our guiding philosophy centres on innovation, building strong relationships, and delivering exceptional service. As a CEO, I believe that the essential qualities of a leader include the ability to inspire and motivate a team, a clear vision, and a relentless pursuit of quality. A leader should also be adaptable, especially in the fast-changing IT landscape. Success for me is defined not just by financial growth, but by the impact we create for our clients and the happiness and development of our team. It’s also important to balance quality and speed—ensure that your solutions are both innovative and reliable. In the next 3-5 years, our focus will be on expanding our reach in the AI-driven video analytics and workforce management sectors. We plan to enhance our product offerings by incorporating more advanced AI and machine learning capabilities, making our solutions even more powerful and versatile. We will continue to build processes to enable us to deliver Complete and Accurate Data. We also aim to increase our global footprint by entering new markets.
